Must I register on your website to make an order?
You have to create an account to order online on www.projek57.com.
If you do register with us, we will be able to send you updates on our new products, events, and how your contribution has helped to empower the communities we have partnered with.
Furthermore, should you wish to shop online with us in future, you will be able to complete the ordering process much faster as we would have your payment and delivery details saved.
What payment gateway do you use?
We use iPay88 to process bank transfers and alternative online payments such as Boost. We also use PayPal to process payment using debit and credit cards. All sales are in Ringgit Malaysia.
Where do you ship to?
At present, we only ship to West and East Malaysia. If you wish to ship outside Malaysia, contact us at sales [at] projek57 [dot] com or +60 12 319 5718.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes as someone has to physically sign the acceptance form attached to the package at the given delivery address.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once payment has been approved, we aim to deliver your order within 2 to 3 working days to West Malaysia and within 3 to 5 working days to East Malaysia (excludes weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. If you do not receive your order within the stipulated time, please contact us immediately.
What are your shipping charges?
Shipping charges will be incurred at RM5 for within West Malaysia and East Malaysia, for total orders less than RM15 whilst free shipping for total orders of RM15 or more, per shopping cart checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Can I get a refund on my merchandise?
We do not accept returns, nor will we be able to provide you with a refund for merchandise ordered through our website.
However, if you have received faulty merchandise or you have received an incorrect order, please email us at sales [at] projek57 [dot] com and return the merchandise to us within 5 working days of the delivery confirmation date. We will refund you your shipping costs of returning the merchandise to us, and arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you as soon as possible.
